She was predeceased by: her father William Augustus "Red" Green; and her husband Dr. David "Buck" Moon. She is survived by: her children, Debi McDaniel and Pat Moon (Shelly); her grandsons, Tyler Moon (Mackenzie), Marshall Moon (Sloane) and Benjamin McDaniel (Jordan); and her sister-in-law Sandi Dreher. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
