William Melton Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Melton (Conway, Arkansas), born in Monticello, Arkansas, who passed away on September 19, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Hart and James Terrell Melton; and his sisters, Edith Anne Ashcraft and Norma Jean Cook. He is survived by: his wife Janie Tanner Melton; his children, Andrea Moore (Robert), Bryan Melton (Glenda), Stacey Seymour and Lisa Harmon (Bradley); his grandchildren, Emyle Moore, Kelsey Moore, Greg McDonald (Kristen), Joshua Melton (Stephanie), Jasmine Swafford, Elyessa Melton, Jacob Melton, Noelle Harmon and Evan Harmon; his brother Neal Hewitt (Jeannie); and his pets, Penny and Maggie. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, Bill's family requests that a donation be made in his name to the Alzheimer's Association.
