He was predeceased by: his parents, Sara Short and Bill; and his sister Pam Pike. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Short; his brother Gary; his children, Derek Short (April), Todd (Jessi), Adam and Sara; his grandchildren, Alexis, Kaleigh and Kaelyn; Bill and Sara Short. He is also survived by his family, friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers the family would like donations made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital or Tower to Tunnels.
