She was predeceased by : her parents, C. L. Brown and Georgia Elnora Brown (May); her husband Bobby "Steve" Smith; and her siblings, Lawrence Brown, Bonnie Houseman, Connie Harrell and Libbye Blevins-Penter.
She is survived by : her sister Helen Bea Alakel of Mt. Home, Arkansas.; and her children, Douglas Smith of Corning and Jennifer Moore (Dexter) of Illinois. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews.
