It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melveda Kegley (Corning, Arkansas), who passed away on November 13, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Goodman and Gertie Robinson Howell; her husband Bob Kegley Jr.; her daughter Pamela Johnson; and her stepsister Lavada Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Kegley (Tara) and Cindy Thompson (Marc); her grandchildren, Kaley Brewer, Kandace Baldwin (Alex), Jake Kegley (Melanie), Clint Miles (Jessica), Kyler Miles (Cydney), Madelyn Miles, Justin Thompson and Blair Burkey (Brian); and her great grandchildren, Madison Typer, Jake Typer, Allison Typer, Taylor Brewer, Brock Brewer, Annalee Baldwin, Bauer Baldwin, Hudson Miles, Eila Jayne Miles, Evalena Kegley and Cooper Kegley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
