She was predeceased by: her spouse JT Patrick; her parents, Kenneth Eugene and Julie Bell Hawkins (Stacy); her daughter Laura Sue Patrick; and her siblings, Bobby, Andrew, Stanley Hawkins and Marsha Creameans.
She is survived by: her sisters, Kathy Ballard and Tracy Brashears.
