She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis O'Brien and Rozena Kelly Warren; and her stepfather Ralph Warren. She is survived by: her boyfriend Josh Smith; her daughter Katie Marie Belles; her grandchildren, Avery Belles Halleck and Michael James Palazzolo; and her siblings, Tim O'Brien, Jason Warren and Crista Warren. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews; aunts, uncles and friends.
