She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Harrelson and Sheron Warren Harrelson; and her brother Michael Skelton. She is survived by: her husband William Barom Powell Jr. of Cove; her children, Tristin Harrelson of Cove, Tanner Powell of Cove and Tobi Stanley of Cove; her grandsons, Phoenix Harrelson and Sawyer Stanley; and her close friends, Sara Bingham, Andi Tadlock, Brandilyn Bingham and Julie Bingham. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
