She is survived by: her husband David Middleton; her sons, Mark Middleton (Sharla) and Paul Middleton (Mazzie); her grandchildren, Christi Jensen (James), Ashley Teague (Tony), Brandon Middleton (Kristina) and Allison King; and her great grandchildren, Kylie Middleton, Michael Middleton, Tatum Teague and Morgan King.
