He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton George Carter and Berty Carter. He is survived by: his significant other Penny Carter of Crossett Arkansas; his children, Staci Tumey of Crossett Arkansas, Dana Reitzammer (Richard Reitzammer) of West Monroe, Greggory Carter of Banks and Jamie Sims (Kristen Sims) of Monroe, Louisiana.; his grandchildren, Savannah Jones (Shane), Natalie Coker, Emma Reitzammer, Ali Tumey, Olivia Sims and Elliot Sims (Summer Carter); Mason Jones, Jean Carter, Peggy Henderson, Terri Haygood, Tommy Nichols, Mike Carter, George Carter, Jerry Carter and Julie Morden.
