He was predeceased by: his daughter Tammy Renee Meeks Bolin; his granddaughter Tiffany Renee Bolin; his parents, Joe Meeks and Macel Campbell Meeks; and his brothers, Bobby Joe Meeks, Larry K. Meeks and Richard "Dickie" Meeks.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Bishop Meeks of Hamburg; his sons, Jeff Meeks (Sam) of Hamburg, Bruce Meeks, Jr. (Pamela) of Hamburg and Joe Meeks (Kristi) of Monticello; his stepchildren, Mike Richard (Lauren) of Hamburg, Shane Moffett (Callie) of Smackover, Kristi Ozanich (Andy) of Collierville and Theresa Goodwin (Robby) of Bastrop, Louisiana; his siblings, Joe Allen Meeks of Fuguay and Sheliah Meeks Crain of Hamburg; and his friend Jerry Daugherty. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
