He is survived by: his wife Jackie Marie Cook of Crossett, Arkansas; his son Clyde Allen Cook, Jr. (Pamela) of Monroe; and his stepchildren, Randal Deville of Eunice, Ronda Ardoin of Dickerson and Jolyn Aday (Jamie) of Tomball, Texas. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
