With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas T. Meredith of Crossett, Arkansas, who passed away on February 25, 2026 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Douglas leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Meredith, Jr. and Rebecca Elizabeth Blake Meredith; his son Kenneth Frank Meredith; and his grandson Dylan Meziere. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Meziere, Becky Gregory, Derek Maxwell and Beth Walden; his siblings, Healon Walser, Joel and Ronald Meredith; and his close friend Carol Flanders. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
