He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Rose Kelley; his children, Kimberly Kelley, Ricky Addington and Buddy Slaughter; his parents, Jesse Kelley and Doris Nelson Kelley; and his siblings, Evelyn Ilene Kelley Hollis, Leonard Kelley, Clarence Kelley, Everett Eugene Kelley, Bobbie Kelley, Ronnie Kelley, Leroy Kelley, Jack Kelley, Nelson Bartley Kelley and Michael Kelley.
He is survived by: his children, Anne Kelley of Crossett, Doyle Kelley, Jr. of Crossett, Timothy Kelley of Crossett and Richard Addington (Pam) of Monticello; his brother Henry Kelley (Karen) of Valdosta, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Richard Jr., Martha, Ricky, Kimberly, Jesse, Patrick, Andrew, Brent, Shelby, Amanda, Jamie, Sarah, Mark, Matthew, Kassidy and Keri. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
