She is survived by: her spouse Nicasio "Nick" Reyes Zapata of Crossett, AR; her children, Laura Ann Zapata of Crossett, AR and Nicasio (Zapata Jr.); and her godson Rene Munoz of Crossett, AR. She is also survived by family members and relatives.
