She was predeceased by: her parents, Prince Albert Brown and Georgia Strickland; her husband Thurman Brown; her daughter Andrea Richards; her grandson Demontrius Webb; her son-in-law Eugene Edwards; her siblings, Willie Hubbard, Alice Harris, Maggie Webb and Bernice Golden; and her niece Mamie Hurdon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Reza Edwards and Delphine Daniels (Johnny Paul Jones); her grandchildren, Marcus Williams (Evelyn), Larita Smith (Alvin), Carlis Williams (Ashley), Shunda Williams, Larry Williams (Sanquenesha), Henry Richards, Trenicia Williams and Finesha Lincoln; and her nephews, Danny Hubbard, Nickey Harris, Thomas Harris, Jr., Earnest Harris and Melvin Hurdon. She is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Mitchell Memorial Funeral Service Chapel (2501 US-82, Crossett, AR 71635). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (108 Dr Martin Luther King, Jr. Dr, Crossett, AR 71635).
