He is survived by: his son Michael Williams of Springdale, AR; his siblings, James Ervin Kelley (Ruby) of Florissant, MO, Johnny Lee Kelley (Carrie) of Marianna, AR, Charles Edward Kelley (Patricia) of Auburn, AL, Clifford Allen Kelley (Diane) of Crossett, AR, Brenda Joyce Daniel (John) of Fordyce, AR and Shirley Diane Wilson (Charles) of Townsend, GA; and his grandchildren, Whitney of Springdale, AR, Sidney of Springdale, AR, Carbon of Springdale, AR, Isaiah of Springdale, AR and Malachi of Springdale, AR. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
