He was predeceased by: his father James Harold Pennington. He is survived by: his mother Lavern Faye Blissett Pennington of Crossett; his daughters, Rebekah Pennington Slack (Chris) of Crossett, Jessica Pennington of Crossett and Carrie Beth Irons of Kansas; his siblings, Kenneth Penington of Crossett and Pam Pennington Coyle (Jerry) of Prairie Grove; and his grandchildren, Gracie Leigh Sivils, Hayla S'Ray Sivils, Makinleigh Slack, Tristan King, Krystan King and Madelyn Slack. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Medders Funeral Home of Crossett (1564 State Hwy 52 W, Crossett, AR 71635). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at the Crossroads Cemetery.
