It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesse Milton Walthall of Crossett, Arkansas, who passed away on August 20, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Walthall and Mamie Moore Walthall; his wife Betty Perry Walthall; his sisters, Helen Mosley, Dorothy Quarles, Gladys Walthall and Ruby Mosley; and his grandson Jonathan Wallace.

He is survived by: his son Terry Walthall (Anna) of Texarkana, AR; his grandchildren, Lisa Wallace (Don) of Hamburg and Jan Stephenson (Bryan) of Rison; and his siblings, Bill Walthall (Jeanie) of Fordyce, AR, Don Walthall of Heber Springs, AR, Pete Walthall (Pat) of Bearden, AR, Bud Walthall (Linda) of Bearden, AR, James Walthall of Bearden, AR, Johnny Walthall of Bearden, AR, Thelma Evans, Barbara Tidwell of Bearden and Melba Hunt of Fordyce. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
