He is survived by: his wife Jerri Gwen Ford Carter; his children, Tami Carter of Crossett and Jim Carter (Becky) of Fayetteville, AR; his brother Ken Carter of Crossett; his grandchildren, Bradyn Sled (Rylan), Emory Webb (Lucas), Avery, Colby, Kylie and Crosby Carter; and his great grandchildren, Clara Belle Webb, Carter Reed Sled and Aubrey Webb.
