It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lisa G. McCaughan of Crossett, Arkansas, who passed away on April 10, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Lisa leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Derrell George and Sylvia Hendrix; her aunt Remona Barnett Hisaw; and her uncle Cordell Barnett. She is survived by: her husband Russell "Rusty" McCaughan of Crossett; her children, Russell Brandon McCaughan of Crossett and Cheyenne McCaughan (Matt) of Farmerville, Louisiana; and her grandchildren, Russell Colton Zavala and Selena Zavala.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the South Main Baptist Church (2801 S Main St, Crossett, AR 71635). A memorial service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
