She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Buren Stephenson and Audrey Mae Johnson Stephenson; and her siblings, Derrell Stephenson of Crossett, AR, Floyd Stephenson of Crossett, AR and Opal Hartness of Monticello, AR..
She is survived by: her children, Michael E. Carter (Dianne) of El Dorado, AR and Lila Susan Ouchley (Keith) of Rocky Branch, LA; her brother Aubrey Stephenson of Crossett; and her sister-in-law Gwen Kelly Stephenson. She is also survived by two grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel (105 W 3rd Ave, Crossett, AR 71635). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Crossroads Cemetery (West St, Crossett, AR 71635).
