She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur J. Smith and Bermell "Nell" Darnell Smith; her husband Nathan "Skip" Hensley; her sister Sandra A. Smith Freeman; her brother-in-law Frank W. Freeman; and her brother Thomas E. Smith.
She is survived by: her son Skip E. Hensley; her grandchildren, Nathan L. Hensley and Elizabeth Hensley (Corey); her great grandchild Winnie Ann Denise Potts; her siblings, Jesse L. Smith (Sue) and Mary H. Shaver (Tommy); and her aunt Betty Maloney.
