It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nelda Wright of Crossett, Arkansas, who passed away on September 26, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid adieu to Nelda's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Nelda has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Louie and Linnie Todd McKay; her husband Robert Leo Wright; and her siblings, Louise Crawford and Buddy McKay.
She is survived by: her children, Phil Wright of Sugar Hill, GA and Paula Aulds (Johnny) of Kirbyville, TX; and her sister Charlotte Taylor. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pine Street Church of Christ (301 Pine St, Crossett, AR 71635). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
