He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur D. Cole and Evelyn Naron Cole; his daughter Deborah Cole Brown; his granddaughters, Brandy Jarrells and April Jarrells Culbreath; his great grandchild Selena Jarrells; and his siblings, Juanita Kay Cole Kirsten and H. B. Cole.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Lanning Cole; his daughters, Cindy Cole Smith of Crossett, Sandy Cole Oden of Hamburg and Tricia Cole Vail (Wade) of Monticello; his sisters, Elizabeth Cole Atkinson of New Caney, TX and Margaret Cole Hazlewood of Crossett; his grandchildren, Cassie Smith Knight, Allison Smith Strickland (Tyler), Kyle Oden, Cole Brown (Audra), Brett Vail (Kristen) and Kelsie Vail; his stepgrandson Derrick Vail; his great grandchildren, Brayden Knight, Nixon Dye, Addison, Ryleigh Strickland, Ezra Oden, Trey, Elijah, Sebastian Brown and Grayson Vail; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ezekiel Pesina, Bryce Vail, Brooke and Britney Vail; his great great grandchild T. J. Brown; Martin Kirsten of Crossett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Grace Christian Fellowship Church (912 Dr Martin Luther King, Jr. Dr, Crossett, AR 71635). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at the Crossroads Cemetery.
