He was predeceased by: his father Aubrey Neill; and his siblings, Alan Neill and Leona Neill Swayze. He is survived by: his mother Betty Neill-Rairdon (Barnes) of Caddo Valley, AR; his wife Trecia Neill; his children, Jannett Neill Bannister (Larry Bannister) and Sherry Neill Frederick (David Frederick) of White Hall, AR.; and his sisters, Linda Cooper (Kevin Cooper) and Carla Rairdon.
