Gary left this world on April 28, 2025 at the age of 78, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Rush and Winona Rush (Taylor); and his sister Ruth Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Jason Rush of Kansas, Stuart Rush and Tammie Rush of Kansas; and his sister Teresa Dale (Darrell) of Batesville. He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great, grandchild, and several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
