He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Bell and Nancy Bell (May); his wife Willadean; and his siblings, Ray Burroughs, JC Burroughs, Roy Lee Burroughs, Ralph Burroughs, Grover "Chet" Burroughs, Lester Burroughs, Meral Junior Burroughs and Anna Beth Carpenter.
He is survived by: his children, Bobbie Boling (Kenneth) and Wendell Burroughs (Melinda); his grandchildren, Rocky Boling (Angela), Summer Waller (Shawn), Alex Burroughs (Sarena) and Jasmine Burroughs; and his great grandchildren, Ella Boling, Layla Boling, Evan Boling and Maverick Burroughs. He is also survived by nieces nephews, extended family, church family and many friends.
