He is survived by: his father Kenneth Paul Nichols; his wife Janell Nichols; his sons, Sean Paige Moore and Blaine Richey (April); his sister Jordan Nicole Jenkins (Chris); his grandchildren, Destanie, Kace, Brinlee, Isaac, Brodie, Linkyn and Maddox; his nephew Waylon; his niece Kaytlynn; and his pets, Layla, Rip and Kash.
