She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Slater and Edna Elizabeth McEntire Slater; her husband Jimmy Dale Hayden; her brothers, Charles Leoy Slater (Joyce) and Toby Raymond Slater; and her great grandchild Isac Ray.
She is survived by: her children, Frankie Inklebarger, Eddie Hayden, Stephanie Wells, Justin "Scooter" and Hunter Hayden; and her sisters-in-law, Edith Slater and Gladys Slater. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 10, great-grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces, sisters and brothers-in-law, family and friends.
