She was predeceased by : her father Lawrence Robinson; her husband Jesse Garner; her mother Inez Brewer Robinson; her sister Janie Robinson Koch; her brother-in-law Lucious Koch; and her daughter Jessica Garner Bethel.
She is survived by : her daughters, Belinda Beth Garner Gibbs (Doug Gibbs) and Willo Garner; her grandchildren, Jesse Ray Gibbs and Jade Bethel; her nephews, Bill Koch and Lucious Koch Jr.; her great grandchildren, Kalie and Kingston Bethel; and her sisters-in-law, Erma Lee Garner, Barbara Garner, Ida Bell Garner and Linda May Randall.
