He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Garland" Ruff and Thelma Ruff (Fowlkes); his son Stephen Dane Ruff; his siblings, Chester, Tessie, Troy, Sue, Bill and Betty; and his daughter-in-law Anita.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Ruff (Munnerlyn); and his children, Danita Fay Fallen (Dean) of Navarre, Florida, Paul Dane Ruff of Desloge, Missouri, Beverly Ann Brautigam (Kevin) of Washington, Missouri and Mark Allen Ruff (Sarah) of Dardanelle, Arkansas. He is also survived by grandchildren; and (9) great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethel Baptist Church (701 N 5th St #2807, Paris, AR 72855). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Arkansas Memorial Gardens (8507 AR-161, North Little Rock, AR 72117).
