He is survived by: his wife Teresa Baxley; his son John; his daughter-in-law Chrystal Baxley of Dardanelle; his daughter Sarah Shepherd; his sisters, Brenda Sherman (Bob Solomon), Laura (Eugene Rogers) and Shelly (Robert Holt); his brother-in-law Mike (Cindy Musgrave); and his grandchildren, Kacy, Michelle, Lacey, Alexis, Cameron, Aedyn, Kaylen, Jared "Bubba", Payton, Caleb and Chelsea. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousin and other relatives and friends.
