He was predeceased by: his parents, James Charles Collins and Gladys Holloway Collins; his wife Ginger Denton Collins; and his siblings, Doug, Ronnie, Charles Collins, Kay Collins and Mary Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Collins, Kristie Rhinehart (Terry), Marsha Collins, Steven Collins and Connor Collins; and his brother Donnie Collins (Carol). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren.
