He was predeceased by: his father Teodoro Lemus Luque; and his brother Alfonso Lemus-Hernandez. He is survived by: his wife Maria; and his children, Maria Gonzalez (Gilberto Gonzalez), Jose Luis Lemus Gonzalez (Martha Lemus), Patricia Lemus Gonzalez, Jenaro Lemus Gonzalez (Maria R. Lemus), Rosa Isela Lemus (Aurelio Arias S.) of Arias, Gabriela Lemus Hernandez (Henry Hernandez) and Raul Lemus Gonzalez (Alicia Hernandez). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
