He was predeceased by: his mother Margie McVey Rains; his siblings, Richard Rains and Traci Tabor; and his aunt Geneva Williams. He is survived by: his father Charles Rains; his wife Debbie Jaques; his children, Aaron Rains (Amy), Adam Rains (Calle), Alisha Inslee (Cody), Dominique Rael, Alexandra and Austin Rains (Erin); his siblings, Marjeana Taylor and Randy Rains (Betty); and his pet Yoda. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Russellville Family Funeral Home (2757 E Parkway Dr, Russellville, AR 72802).
