He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard Hall Jr. and Millicent Faye Pounders. He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Hall; his children, Laura Elmore, Tammy Raper (John), Cheryl Martin (John), Judy Hall Foster (Jim) and William K. Hall Jr.; his sisters, Pat Heard and Peggy Ross; and his close friend Troyce Bird. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
