He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Stowers and Lora Chandler Stowers; and his sister Phyllis Forth. He is survived by: his wife Sue Stowers of De Queen; his sons, Toney, Debi Stowers of De Queen, Randy and Micha Stowers of Winchester, Virgina; his grandchildren, Allison (Josh Taylor), Emily (Jordan Haugh), Cole Stowers, Kenny Brown, Chris Brown, Kevin Brown and Landon Mitchell; his great grandchild Bruce; his granddaughter Donna Stowers; his siblings, Joann Chapman, Doug (Erma Stowers), Gary (Marsha Stowers), Luther (Diane Stowers), Eric (Anita Stowers) and Kay (Frank Mann); and his close friends, Kenny and Glenda Barton of De Queen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM and on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM.
