He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Walters and Nola Sanders Walters; his brother Jackie Allen Walters; and his son David Scott Walters. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Wolff, Ginger Folsom and Dee Walters of Fort Worth. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
