She is survived by: her children, Shanda (Jeff Scott) of Norman, OK. and Chad (Jennifer) of Verdigris, OK.; her husband Bobby Barnard (Pete); her son Bruce (Kane) of Orlando, FL.; her grandchildren, Alex, Andy, Tallulah Barnard, Chase (Allie), Connor Scott and Kaylie Barnard; and her great grandchildren, Cope, Sutton and Stevie Kate Scott.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Francine's name to the First Baptist Church of Norman.
