He is survived by: his wife Brenda Cockrell of De Queen; his son Josh; his daughter-in-law Tiffany Purtell of Greenwood, Arkansas; his granddaughter Bryn Purtell; his brother Jerry Cockrell; and his sister-in-law Michelle Funk of Hot Springs. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
