She was predeceased by: her husband Carroll Elston "Jerry" Jarrell; her parents, John Edward Churchman, Sr. and Thelma Gorrell Churchman; and her siblings, John Edward Churchman, Jr., Paul Churchman and Enola Wagnon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Jo Jones of De Queen and Kimberly Ann Jarrell of De Queen; her grandchildren, Josh Snow (Courtney), Kyle Snow (Lisa), Chelsea Brianne Jones and McKenzie Jo Jones; her great grandchildren, Asher Snow, Kinslee Snow and Nixon Snow; her sister Golda Chaney of North Miami, Florida; and her siblings-in-law, Jack Pearce of De Queen and Doris Jarrell of Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
