He was predeceased by: his parents, Audrey Maxine Jackson and Paul Wilson Spears. He is survived by: his sister Stacy; his brother-in-law Mark Heath of Foreman; his nephews, Brent Heath (Christian Pettijohn) of Tom and Blake Heath of Foreman; his great-nephew Dean Buddy Heath; and his aunt Floetta Ledbetter of Idabel, Oklahoma.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Tom Cemetery.
