He was predeceased by: his parents, S. T. Phillips and Nona Mae McRae Phillips; and his brother Sammy Don Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Marlyn Stewart Phillips; his children, Tina Phillips of Searcy, Arkansas and S. T. Phillips of Gautier, MS; his grandsons, Dakota White of Searcy, AR and Dylan Phillips of Searcy; and his sister-in-law Pauline Phillips of Winnsboro, TX. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many other family members and friends.
The family requests that everyone wear a face mask and practice social distancing for safety.
