She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil D. Hobbs and Dorothy Faye House Hobbs; her husband Lee Von Gilbert; her grandson Dakota Vanhoose; and her siblings-in-law, Wayne Montgomery, Larry, Judy Gilbert, Dwayne Gilbert, J. W. Gilbert and Diane Gilbert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lavonda Icenhower of De Queen, Arkansas and Wendy Vanhoose of De Queen, Arkansas; her grandsons, Dalton Icenhower of Dierks, Arkansas, Cody Icenhower of Red Water, Texas, Garrett Sullivan of Foreman, Arkansas, Dylan Vanhoose of Provo and Hunter Vanhoose of Lockesburg, Arkansas; her great grandchildren, Declan, Desmon, Willow, Braylon, Brixlee, Bryson, Blade, Axle and Trevor; and her sister Celia Montgomery of De Queen, Arkansas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members along with a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel (1015 W Collin Raye Dr, De Queen, AR 71832). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at the Chapel Hill Cemetery (270 Chapel Hill Rd, De Queen, AR 71832).
