She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Aldon and Mabel T. Blanchfield Smith; her spouse Jean E. Adams; her children, William Adams and Reta Bradley; and her siblings, Ray A. Smith and Bonnie Bland.
She is survived by: her son Jimmy; her daughter-in-law Nancy Adams of De Queen; her daughter Susan Smith of De Queen; and her son-in-law Edwin Bradley of De Queen. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren, a number of nieces, nephews, as well as other family members.
