He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dewey and Dovie Sissy McGee Toye; and his siblings, Mildred, Charles (Lehman), Charlene, Cameron, David, Jerry (Dale) and Nina.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Toye; his daughter Donna Edwards; and his grandchildren, Rhonda Kimble, Risa Krantz (David), Krista Rudder, Greg, Autumn Rudder, Jackson Rudder, Clint, Maryann Naney, Amanda and Lance Martin. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Baptist Church (802 E Vandervoort Ave, De Queen, AR 71832).
