He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Louise Grimmett; his daughter Angela Gail Grimmett; his parents, Luther Guy and Zela Mae Vanhoy Grimmett; and his sisters, Dorothy Grook and Peggy Cales.
He is survived by: his children, David Loren Grimmett of De Queen and Lisa Dawn Gates of De Queen; his grandchildren, Jonathon Michael Gates and Keila Cheyenne Gates Grubbs (Dillon); and his sister Doris Scott.
