She is survived by: her parents, Paul McClendon and Gaylene Cox McClendon of De Queen, Arkansas; her sons, Ryker Clark and Bowie James Black of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; her brothers, Michael Scott (Jamie McClendon) and Samuel Seth McClendon of Dierks, Arkansas; her aunts and uncles, Leslie of De Queen, Arkansas, Sheila Cox of De Queen, Arkansas, Travis of De Queen, Arkansas and Carla Cox of De Queen, Arkansas; her nephew Jaxin McClendon; her cousin Cody (Nicole Cox); and the father of her children Justin Black of Broken Bow, Oklahoma.
