He was predeceased by: his wife Christa; his parents, Richard B. Kolb and Viva Curtis Kolb; and his brothers, Richard, Joseph and Dennis.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Herder of Pittsburg, PA, Diana Day, Ron of Hot Springs, AR, Mark Kolb and Cindy of Mary Esther, FL; his grandchildren, Amanda Phillips, Meggan Phillips, Michael Herder, Elizabeth Herder, Daniel Kolb and Matthew Kolb; his siblings, James, Maria, Dora and Katy; his close friends, Jimmy and Lana Gilbert; Pierce Gilbert.
